About the Project

A blockchain mostly runs on a peer-to-peer network with a topology that affects basic promises, such as safety and availability. The optimal peer-selection algorithm decreases the overall propagation delay, and thus strengthens the blockchain’s security. In order to provide stronger cooperation of the peer participants, we are studying various reputation-based metrics and systems to use incentive-compatible algorithms to address this challenge and enhance overall performance.
