Haikuo (Kevin) Yin
Kevin Yin is a PhD student researching networks and system security. Currently, he is working on robust malware detection in Windows malware. Previously, he has also worked on analyzing the prevalence and characteristics of remote access trojans in the wild. He has published in major security conferences like IEEE Security & Privacy and RAID. His industry experience includes Meta, Sandia National Labs, Naval Postgraduate School, and Qualcomm. Kevin received bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from UC San Diego.
